I cannot do that!
All my life I have wondered why was I created and what am I suppose to do in life. I have been focused on working, having a family, and so much more but never really understood what I should really be doing. One day I read the Book Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. The first line in the book is “It is not about you.” This may sound simple but it was the day I realized that all that I am and all that I do is for God the father. So, what do I know how to do? Based on this how can I use this for God? Fear hit me and I am unworthy to do anything…
So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. Hebrews 10:35-36 (NIV)
This website is due to me taking what I know and using it for the kingdom. Since this site has started several thousands have come here, they have let me know how God has blessed them, and it has helped me personally learn so much in reading the Bible. I would have never thought that God could use me like He has and I am honored that He is even willing to use me, my family, and people I know and don’t know. God is awesome and His word (the Bible) is a true testimony to God.
Do not throw away your confidence! It will be rewarded! Fight toward the will of God!! God will take care of you with His promises! Who are you? How has God made you? How can you use what and who you are to serve God? No matter how damaged you are, how weak you are, how fearful you are, God can and will use you! Will you let him? Pray…

I was born into a Catholic family. I have 13 siblings. If you thought you were brought up in a dysfunctional family, you ain’t seen nothin’like what I lived through! 🙂
My Mama was a born-again Christian who had been living out of God’s will when she met my alcoholic Daddy. Things probably worked out great until they had children. Then the fireworks began. My father had promised his church that he would make sure his children were educated in the teachings of the Catholic church. So we were all sent to Catholic school and were inundated with their teachings.
Though my Mama was not supposed to teach us anything contrary to Catholic church teachings, when she would tuck us in at night she would whisper that God loved us and that Jesus died on the Cross for each of us.
When we each turned 14 we were given the choice to continue going to church with Daddy or we could go with Mama to her church. Each of us we all chose to go to church with her. We are now all born-again believers and if you think that’s not a miracle, you just don’t understand what life was like.
I listened to my Mama when she told me to never even date a guy who wouldn’t come to church with me. My husband-to-be came to church with me, met Jesus there and we’ve been married almost 45 years. God is Good!
God had a plan for me from day one. God’s plan for me is the same as it is for any other follower of Jesus Christ — to be a witness for Him at every opportunity.
