God, will you please help me?

Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)

A lot of times, when I get going, I forget to ask God to help me.  The Bible makes it clear that if I commit what I do to the Lord, He will make sure that my plans are established for His overall direction.  Take a moment and commit your plans to God, then open your eyes to see Him in action!

  1. Absolutely true. Bryan and I have so often claimed Matthew 6:33. I believe that God places desires in our hearts to prompt us to follow His will. We must be plugged into Him, His word, and His voice in order to press on in this life. He will provide what we need to complete the task that He has called us to do. Walking in His ways and His will is the only way to find deep joy and contentment in this life. I love the way The Message puts it.
Matthew 6:33 Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met.
