Are you blind to what other are dealing with?

“I have to tell you I think I am blind to everything if it is not me.”  I hate saying this but this statement is so easy to fall into for me.  I do not know if you have this issue but my prayer is that it is not about me but rather what will glorify God.

Take the time and look at this and think about it…

Focusing on the self is the opposite of focusing on God. Anyone completely absorbed in self ignores God, ends up thinking more about self than God. That person ignores who God is and what he is doing. And God isn’t pleased at being ignored. But if God himself has taken up residence in your life, you can hardly be thinking more of yourself than of him. Anyone, of course, who has not welcomed this invisible but clearly present God, the Spirit of Christ, won’t know what we’re talking about.  Romans 8:7-9

Do you focus on self?  Do you ignore God?  Are you aware of what is going around you?  Do you seek answers from the spirit or look at everything as happenstance?
