What part of your life should be involved with sin?

Feels good, relationship, God, sin“If it feels good, do it!”. This saying seems to be what the people in this world believe.  As we live life, we think that sin will not have an impact on our life because we are not in pain from it.  If one lives this type of lifestyle, it seems that person will be impacted over time.

All who indulge in a sinful life are dangerously lawless, for sin is a major disruption of God’s order. Surely you know that Christ showed up in order to get rid of sin. There is no sin in Him, and sin is not part of His program. No one who lives deeply in Christ makes a practice of sin. None of those who practice sin have taken a good look at Christ. They’ve got it all backwards.

So, my dear children, don’t let anyone divert you from the truth. It’s the person who acts right who is right, just as we see it lived out in our righteous Messiah. Those who make a practice of sin are straight from the Devil, the pioneer in the practice of sin. The Son of God entered the scene to abolish the Devil’s ways.  1 John 3:4-7 (MSG)

What is God’s order in your life?  Based on this passage, how would you say you have established your life with Christ?  Do you try not to have sin as a major practice in your life or are you sinning while hoping that you do not have to stop?  What does this say about your relationship with God?
