Does God Love you? (video)

love, sad, hate, seek, trust, god love me, god loveYes He does!  The reason I can say this is that I have found this out the hard way!

Sometimes, in all the pain you have had, you wonder.  You ask, “How could God let this happen?” or “Is He even there?”

It is interesting to me that Job, in the Bible, even asked some questions seeking God:  “But if I go to the east, he is not there; if I go to the west, I do not find him.  When he is at work in the north, I do not see him; when he turns to the south, I catch no glimpse of him.  Job 23:8-9 (NIV)

This silence, loss, or just walking in wonder makes us question how we can get any help.  If you are dealing with this wonder, try to read the following verses and ask God for wisdom:

…even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.  Psalm 139:10 (NIV)

The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:  “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.  Jeremiah 31:3 (NIV)

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.  John 10:10 (NIV)

For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.  Psalm 108:4 (NIV)

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.  Psalm 27:14 (NIV)

Even when Job could not catch a “glimpse of him” he then put a “but” in there.  The “but” was:

But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.  Job 23:10 (NIV)

Are you willing to run into the arms of grace?  Do you feel wanted?  Are you searching for God?  Are you willing to stop running toward sin and start running toward God’s unlimited grace?  For me, Hebrews 12:4-17 helped me with so much!

Praying for you!
