Is Karma real?
Karma is the cosmic principle according to which each person is rewarded or punished in one incarnation according to that person’s deeds in the current or previous incarnation. So if you treat someone good you will have a good reaction in this life or a previous one. If you treat someone badly, you will have a bad reaction.
So, if you treat people “good” you should have a good life.
The problem with this statement is that there are some people who treat others “good” and it seems that they have a horrible life. Also, there are others who treat people badly and they seem to have a perfect life. If you blame this on a prior life, you can really say (or blame) anything you want.
Have you ever noticed yourself or others doing this in life? Judging the outcome of your life on how you react with others. I have actually heard some people say, “I must of treated someone badly because my life is horrible.”
This is what the Bible says:
He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. Matthew 5:45 (MSG)
Do you live your life like you have Karma? Do you believe in reincarnation? Do you question why God would give His best to the good as well as the bad; the nice as well as the nasty? How can you live your life one day at a time without putting all these rules in place?
