Do you ever wonder if you really believe?

While praying have you ever reflected on scripture.  With all that is going on in life, do you wonder if your belief is growing or shrinking?

 Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”  Mark 9:24 (NIV)

Have you asked God to help you with any unbelief?

18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength  Ephesians 1:18-19 (NIV)

34 The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God—he and his whole household.  Acts 16:34 (NIV)

As God did for the jailer, I pray that God will fill you with joy as you believe in God!  I also pray for your household; that they all are blessed!

Are you being real with God?  Are you talking with Him about what is going on in your life?  Are the eyes of your heart being enlightened so that you can see the hope?  Are you willing to give your life over and trust God?
