Who are you afraid of?
The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1
In the news, we often hear of tragic events that are the outcome of bulling or abuse.
School age kids can be thoughtless and mean in their words and actions towards others that don’t look, dress, act or talk like them. *Do you wonder why they don’t know that God loves all of us, no matter what?!
A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. Proverbs 15:1
Marriage can end through verbal and/or physical abuse. *Do you wonder why they don’t know that a marriage based on love and commitment will be a lasting one?
Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate. Mark 10:9
People at work can be bitter, full of gossip and trouble makers. *Do you wonder why they waste time in those actions and not in doing their jobs and getting along with others in their work place?
My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. James 1:19
Do you know anyone that is living in fear? Pray for a way to help them. Can you share your faith with them?
For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. Psalm 27:5
