Definition of PRIORITY,
- Superiority in rank, position, or privilege
- A preferential rating.
- Something given or meriting attention before competing alternatives.
What is your priority?
Is it your family, your job, your money, your car, your stuff, your friends, etc.?
If you said yes to any of those things, you’ve forgotten what you’ve been instructed to put 1st in your life.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33)
Our #1 priority is God.
In the words of a hymnal written in 1897>>
When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will, He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.
Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.
