What could we have done? (Video)

The news out of Connecticut the other day was horrific. It is beyond comprehension. The reasons will be discussed for months,maybe years, to come.

Perhaps this carnage could have been avoided if we had done our job of shinning the light of love in this world of darkness and hate.

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”  John 8:12

I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.  John 12:46

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. John 15:12

But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, Matthew 5:44

The entire law is summed up in a single command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians 5:14

Are you practicing the command of loving one another? Are you showing love, not hate?

Take time and share God’s love. Pray for those in Connecticut.
