If I win the lotto will all of my problems go away?

I do not think so!

From what I have read, I think that if I either earned or won a large amount of money my life would become harder if I was not prepared for it.  I have not had this issue to the level that it has made it harder but from the fame you read about or from what a few of my friends have said, I understand that it makes life so much more difficult…

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.  Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.  In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.  1 Timothy 6:17-19(NIV)

The key seems to not be arrogant with riches but rather put your hope in what is certain.  Generosity is a must.  While reading this scripture I thought about the fact that I am probably richer both in wealth and in spirit than a large portion of the world.  I also assume if you are reading this you are too.

What are you putting your faith into?  If God called you to leave everything, are you willing to?  Are you generous?  Do you squander what you have for yourself?  How can you use what you have to help others?
