Whose feet brought it to you?
For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:12-15(NIV)
Who has the right to call on God? Any and every one! Based on this, it is evident that someone needs to bring the news. What news? The news that our Father can and will save anyone that request it. The real question to be asked is driven by someone challenging the person. Who brought you the good news? For me it was September 17th 1983 at a concert. A song that let me know that I cannot earn a relationship with God, I don’t deserve this relationship, but all I need to do is confess that I am not worthy and accept what God did for me. How can it be this easy? What do you think? Do you have any questions about this?
Pray that God will bless the feet of those who are bringing the good news…
