Are you un-churched?

We often think of the other parts of the world as being un-churched. In some cities in America, there is a church building on every corner; however, they are not all full. In fact, the latest numbers state that 70% of America is un-churched!!

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:46-47

Jesus went out among the people to teach, heal, visit, and love them.

What can the churched do to encourage you to join in?

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.  1 John 1:5-7
