Who are you trying to win approval from?

Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ. Galatians 1:10(NIV)

Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings or of God? Excellent question!  This is a struggle for me.  Do I want to please people or God?  Is doing both serving two masters?  If you cannot please a person, how can you know if you can please God?  The focus needs to be God but people are a good check and balance.  In your day to day life, is it controlled by the fact that you are seeking to be approved by others or are you stepping out in faith?
